SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your receive your confirmation email / SMS message.
After your order has shipped, it will generally take 2-3 business days to arrive depending on your location. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues that the carrier encounters making the delivery.
When your shipping label is created, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
NOTE:
We ship to the address YOU provide. Please ensure all information is 100% accurate before submitting your order.
Once an order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes. The standard return fee of 50 AED applies to all returned to sender packages.
Khami.co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. If you have any issues with your delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly.
